As President of Campbell Coyle, Chris Dillion creates and enhances inspired places, collaborating with community builders and city makers as a catalyst for sustainable change.

At the connection of the natural and built environments, his work is inspired by the power of place. Projects are design forward, at a variety of scales (from missing middle to campus/district scale), transit connected and deep green. His process is iterative, leading change and embracing continuous reinvention.

He is past Chair of the Illinois Green Alliance Board of Directors, a U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) community promoting green buildings and sustainable communities. He is also a former advisor to the Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant (IISG), empowering the communities located along 104 miles of heavily urbanized and industrialized Lake Michigan shoreline and the State of Illinois LEED Task Force.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois, where he was an Environmental Fellow, and is a past delegate to The Prince of Wales’s Business & the Environment Programme at the University of Cambridge.
